[Novalug] OT home web server.

I had a problem with FIOS using the actiontec router.  When I played 
with the setting for forwarding enough it started working.  However once
you get the settings correct it looks the opposite of what it should 
be.  So just play with the settings until it doesnt look right *(thanks 
verizon)*
