[Novalug] W32 Codec

I usually get the codecs from
http://www.mplayerhq.hu/design7/dload.html

indwos codecs, plus all codecs for Linux.

I then unpack all windows codecs in a directory and after that all linux 
codecs into the same directory.

Last step is to copy all of these codecs to /usr/lib/codecs and then 
create a link to /usr/local/lib/codecs

This has always worked for me.

Ps. my next step included compiling MPlayer on my box but that is 
optional :)
