[Novalug] Need assistance: My boss lost all email

Exchange.

According to our IT manager, there are no pst files to recover. I mean, its
not that they are not recoverable, but that they "didn't" exist in the first
place.

He did a search for all locally stored pst files prior to deleting and
recreating the profile, and didn't find any local pst files. So, that would
assume that the file was on the server.  If the file was on the server, they
were unable to locate it.

So, I think I'll ask my boss tomorrow how far he wants to go to try and get
his email back.
