[Novalug] Stupid cackling speakers - slightly OT

Let's start with a better picture.   Izzit a cell phone?  Is your computer
hooked up to the 'net via wire or Wifi?  By 'go nuts', do you mean static,
or just that the sound is interrupted?  Are the speakers built into the PC
or external?  If external, what kind of cables connect the speakers to the
PC - twisted wire pairs, shielded/unshielded, straight wire...?
