[Novalug] Battery Disposal

The issue I ran into is that nobody at the Fairfax disposal center could
answer the question on the phone. They kept giving me different answers.
It wasn't until I *actually took a unit to the disposal center *and pulled
up to the hazmat area that they redirected me to the recycle area for them.
That said, I'm not sure how your trash/recycling company handles it. I
would put it inside the plastic bin they give you for recycling and see if
it goes away. Or call AAA (or American or whoever) to see what they say.
