[Novalug] 1997 bios

I'd be surprised if they DID have a way to update the BIOS. I had a Sony 
VAIO of that era, and not only did they not have updates they had 
limited the BIOS to recognize an upper limit of ~192 mem of memory. It 
was a shame, too, as that was a very nice machine.

Cliff, have you tried any other distros? I had Gentoo running on the 
laptop I mentioned, and later, Slackware.
