Congratulations to the FOSE team! I suggest sending a summary to the
FOSE show sponsors: number of volunteers, amount of swag given out,
pictures of the swelling crowds, etc... everything and anything to
help support the case for FOSE 2009.
A PC can have a "Centrino Duo" sticker on it, but it could be either
32-bit or 64-bit. I have a Dell D630 with that sticker and it runs
64-bit Ubuntu, 32-bit CentOS, etc. I've seen other PCs with the same
sticker but they only ran 32-bit OSs.
I agree with Greg: a 64-bit OS will not run on 32-bit architecture,
but 32-bit OS will run on 64-bit architecture.
