[Novalug] connecting from my laptop

Hi,

  I'm trying to find a cheap way to connect to my office while I'm in 
the train. I researched a while ago about PCMCIA cards, but it is quite 
pricey (do they have cheaper enterprise accounts? I could ask my 
employer to subside it).

  I just need to VPN and VNC a machine that is in my office. Could it be 
a choice a PCMCIA card with the minimum of 20 Mb a month? (does VNC 
generate so much traffic?) or anyone of you have tried a phone acting as 
a router in a similar setup?
