This relates to my phone question but Im sure my only solution is in 
open source somewhere.

The company is pushing for 'open calendars' so everyone can see everyone 
elses calendar. Well, everyone who isnt a VP or above, or in HR, or in 
finance. So basically IT :-) Now I don't care about work stuff but I 
sometimes use my company Exchange calendar to put stuff like doctors 
appointments, concerts, things I want reminders of. I really don't want 
to share that stuff out. So I'm thinking I need a second calender.

Ideally what I'd like is to have a second calendar that merges my 
company (outlook) with my personal data and can sync with my phone so I 
get reminders.

At the very least, besides using ActiveSync on the phone to grab my 
outlook one, what else can I sync with? Back in the day I used jpilot 
for everything but those days are long gone....
