[Novalug] OT: List of email, names, addresses, phone # for physiciains, psychiatrists, councelors

Hi Friends,

I have been tasked to get a list of email addresses, names, street addresses, phone # for physiciains, psychiatrists, councelors.  This is for a volunteer group, and there is no remuneration.

Is there a method of obtaining this information for free? 

Or purchase a CD with the info on it that may be searched and a file or spreadsheet with the in it?
