[Novalug] SOT: Trusted Data Recovery Service

I recently purchased a 750GB Seagate drive that is supposed to be a solid
device. It failed after 3 days. Unfortunately, I was not planning on this
and was moving data around so that I could prepare my backup schedule. It
failed during the data moving. This means that the data is on the drive.

It is not grinding or clicking. It simply stopped spinning. As such, I
believe it's an electronic failure not mechanical; meaning the data should
be in perfect shape on the drive, just need to get the drive spinning. It
is still covered under warranty, but data recovery is not.

Does anyone have a consumer (pay for) service that they depend or rely on
for hardware failure data recovery?
