Where does a Hit-n-Run fit into this equation?  Based on your statement below,
the sequence of events would be:

1. Hit them
2. Run home
3. Call lawyer
4. meet lawyer
5. turn yourself in
6. Profit??  (obligatory /. reference)

Meanwhile, the person you hit lies bleeding...
