[Novalug] how do you get out of visudo

Pretty sure it's EDITOR, since I think that's the only one Ubuntu sets,
and it's the reason someone replied (offlist) that Ubuntu for some
reason has a help thing at the bottom of its visudo.  Ubuntu sets
EDITOR=nano
