Jay -

That would be awesome.  I'm not qualified to present on these  
subjects, but as co-organizer of the Ruby DCamp conference in  
Arlington this past October, I have some experience with event  
management and would be willing to help out.  Do you already have a  
venue in mind?  If we can keep the number at or below about 70, I  
might be able to find a free place.  If it's 40 or below, we could  
possibly use the upper level room at Duangrat Thai restaurant in Falls  
Church, though we'd have to pay more than $15 per head.  I guess you  
guys have a meeting place too -- I haven't been to a Novalug meeting  
in a long time.
