[Novalug] kde and ubuntu users out there?

So....

Why did compiz turn off resize in kde but on in gnome? And why does
compiz even allow turning off resize?

Started w ubuntu and decided to try kde again, so why reinstall?

Plasma is interesting also

It is working, the issue was compiz is different under kde than gnome
(switch between gnomw and kde then resizes works).
