Somehow, I don't think so.  Assuming that the original post was even
halfway accurate (which is to say, not a hoax), that's the sort of
vitriol that clueless teachers might speak or write when they're out of
their depth, know they're out of their depth, and are half-panicked.
I'd say, up there with a math teacher who freaked out over a copy of
_Learning Perl_ because "Exploits are written in Perl, so he's hax0ring
our file server!!"

As the energy-domed ones once said, some things never change.
