[Novalug] Adaptec 2944UW, DELL 120T tape library, Debian

I think I had the same unit before it was rebadged as a dell. If I
remember correctly there are 4 plugs on the back, two for the changer
and two for the drive, correct?

If so, try connecting your cable and your terminator to only two of the
plugs, and see if the SCSI card finds either the change or the drive
alone. Might at least help you limit down the issue.

Also put ANYTHING on that SCSI card just to make sure it shows up :-) I
went through a pile of SCSI cards trying to it to work back in the day
(I think I had the Sun badged unit). I think the key is that the unit is
a differential scsi, and the card has to be too.
