[Novalug] mouse gestures

For some reason on my laptop a fresh install of Fedora Core in  
combination with my Synaptics touch pad would always activate basic  
mouse gestures in Firefox.

It's now the one of the first things I disable in Firefox.

The problem:  While working on Firefox, I would often "accidently"  
"gesture" the back function or forward function in Firefox multiple  
times.  It becomes very hard to navigate webpages if when you are  
moving your mouse to click on a link it suddenly changes back a  
couple of pages and you click on something else.

Anyways, no I've don't find gestures very helpful.  Guess it's just  
how my head is wired.
