[Novalug] anyone have any experience with home power usage

now there's an idea. i did look on radio shack before mailing this
list, but i couldn't find that device. i'll clearly look again now
that i know someone else remembers such a device there. what would
you search on? "ammeter" or "clamp-on" are definitely not it.
