I don't know about Absoft in particular, but generally speaking, no.
But I suspect you knew that.  However, the bit about being dynamically
linked leads me to guess that maybe what's "not found" is not the file
itself, but some dynamic library (usually a .so file) that it depends
on.  One would think the message would be different, but . . . . ?
