Yes, if you were looking at the second link, it does mention a bug in the
setup-luks.sh script.

I saw this too, and I fixed that in my version, but it was not the cause of my
problem.

Did you see anything else?  I hit about 10 links on the first 3 pages
returned, but couldn't find anything else.

Not sure what the bug is, but it seems to have something to do with the mktemp
command.
