[Novalug] Help Needed

I need some help to avert a family crisis.

I got my daughter a Lenovo laptop for Christmas. I executed the copy of Vista 
on it and disposed of the body. Then I installed Open SUSE 10.3.

Everything works perfectly except:

Wireless
Sound

I have researched it and tried everything I could think of with no luck. Can 
someone help? I can bring it to you or you can work on it here. 
Beer/pizza/whatever will be provided.
