I'll step up and do some Beginner to Advanced topics. My experience is
mostly Redhat so I'd limit my discussions to Redhat/CentOS systems.

Topic titles:

"Your system from the command line" - navigating and manging a Redhat
system using nothing but the bash shell

"Installing MySQL Redhat's Way and Your Way" - two approaches to
installing and managing MySQL on Redhat systems

"Redhat 4 Cluster Services" - basics of Redhat Clustering

"Rolling your own monitoring" - strategies for doing your own server
monitoring (where to find data, how to cope with problems, etc)
