[Novalug] A problem loading linux on my *NEW* Laptop??

SuSE 10.0 is probably too old to recognize the SATA controller in the
laptop, at least out of the box. You may be able to load other drivers
at time of install. My advice would be to try a newer version of SuSE,
or give (k)Ubuntu a shot.
