[Novalug] project management and ticketing systems

Hi all,

   I was looking at Resource Tracker as a potential ticketing system 
that We might use.

   However, We also need a project management tool. The issue here is 
that both things can be related. If you get a ticket request, it could 
turn to be a bug or a enhacement that you have to feed in your project 
management tool.

   I like very much Gforge, I have used it, and you can adjust it to 
your needs. Also it has a bug tracker.

   Maybe there is no Project Management tool with a ticketing system 
integrated? Or maybe I have to assume that both things has to be separated.
