I'm rusty at this, but ... it looks like misconfiguration, or at least
inefficient routing, on your part.  Check out the Received: lines.  In
chrono order, they are an internal handoff within your system,
transmission from your box (kevla.org has the same IP addy as
241-255-234-66.static.cosmoweb.net so it's probably not a preloaded
forgery) to earth.cosmoweb.net, there back to you, and another
internal handoff.  Some automated script on your box is sending you
email but your email system (or whatever the script uses to bypass the
normal stuff maybe?) is sending it out, to come back in.  The odd part
is, your box seems to have sent it to them after sitting on it for
three days!
