[Novalug] xbmc - xbox media center on USB

Does anyone know where I can find the following files required for my USB
drive to boot into xbmc:

I read this article on Lifehacker.com:

I downloaded all the required apps and ran the install to send it to my USB
drive. I found the creator's blog for this software, but cannot find his
email to ask him about the part of the article where it says "make sure you
also copy the 'restrictedDrivers.img' and 'xbmc.img' files onto the
drive...."
 
I did try to boot to the drive and it sat and sat at the boot screen on my
Dell Dimension 2400, even though I selected the "Boot from USB" selection on
the Boot Menu.
 
Any suggestions?
