 	Depending on your floor plan, another idea *might* work.

 	My latest KVM switch, bought because I've never been 
fully satisfied with its predecessors, is USB and has two extra 
ports, which are supposed to work with any two USB peripherals. 
I use them for an external CD/DVD-RW drive, and my HP 1315 series 
printer.

 	I seldom print much nowadays, but certainly all machines 
see the DVD drive, and I *think* they all print OK

 	I'm not sure who makes the switch. It says MiniView, and 
G-CSIO4U; it has four ports. Maybe somebody'll start making hubs 
with extra ports, for those who don't use KVM switches.
