[Novalug] Konqueror

I have an annoying problem with konqueror. There are some web sites (like the 
opening page for OpenSuse) that use colored squares for buttons. With the 
default settings, they show up just fine.

However, I changed the default fonts I'm using so I have a custom style sheet 
now. Now those colored squares don't appear. They are the default background 
color. They are still there as far as functionality is concerned, but if I 
don't know where they are located, it's a bit difficult to use them.

What do I need to change?
