[Novalug] chumby video and challenging user interfaces

a while back i bought a chumby (chumby.com).  i've been completely
happy with it so far.  a short video of some ways

in my case, i use it for:
* clock/alarm clock (gets me up to go to laboxing) whether i want to or not
* streaming music from the internet and my ipod
* checking the weather
* checking facebook
* browsing news
* browsing flickr

as a linux-based appliance i think it has turned out pretty well given
the small screen user interface. channel maintenance is done via the
www though.
