[Novalug] How to download from a stream

There's a market for DVDs of the speech and also Comedy Central's (Jon,
Stephen and the entire crew. The end was off the charts -- they came out
of the basement into the sunlight, rejoiced, saw a small boy, white in
this case, about ready to shoot a basket, swatted it away rather gently,
say that there were still two and a half months to go, then went back
down. Moving.
