Thanks for all the information.

As to using Sharepoint services, we are currently running Windows Server
2000, and I can't imagine the boss shelling out $$$ for 2003 or newer.  That
is the reason I was looking for Open-Source or Free Software.  I am dealing
with a business owner who isn't willing to spend money for a good backup
solution, so spending money on a DMS is out of the question.  As to the
backups, he is satisfied with just copying data to an external drive.  I
tried to explain that he wasn't copying the backend databases (accounts,
exchange, etc) but that fell on deaf ears.  Oh well.

I will look at the software that everyone recommended and will report back
if I find anything worthwhile!
