[Novalug] First Glitch

I just hit my first glitch with Kubuntu 9.04. After the upgrade, I tried 
running a bunch of my most used software. I hit a snag when I tried to fire 
up one of my chess programs. There's no java run-time package.

I'm trying to install it, but the download won't start and eventually times 
out.
