[Novalug] OpenBSD upgrade

I have an openbsd server, 4.2. I got very lazy and I havent updated it
in a while. I would like to update to 4.5 when it is released. Has
anyone done an update more then one release like this? Im guessing i
have to backup my data, build the server and then put the data back but
maybe an update would work, if I did all the releases inbetween? (->
4.3, then -> 4.4, then to 4.5?)

Suggestions anyone? I have a bit to decide how to do this.
