 	Subjunctive, subjunctive : I haven't presented at a 
meeting. *IF* I had, I would squirm at thought of publication; 
but no, I wouldn't mind as a non-presenter, and indeed hadn't 
even thought of that.

 	One other thought, though. Some people seem at times to 
use presentations to meetings as a kind of dress rehearsal before 
friends. If they then also publish in the more usual way, they 
might prefer to have only their more polished appearances widely 
available, entirely apart from other considerations. I believe 
professional musicians take such attitudes.
