[Novalug] Document Freedom Day @ DC

Document Freedom Day, an international day of activities to raise
awareness of the importance of open file formats, is coming up on March
25. Does anyone want to do something in the DC area?

FWIW, last year FSFE shipped free supplies to local teams. It's not yet
clear whether they'll do the same this year.
