Yeah, and not only *an* agency, but the IRS! I was pleasantly surprised 
when when I noticed that, and less so when I found out that the State of 
Maryland would NOT let you save the files. BOO!

Of course, ultimately it benefits THEM, if only to avoid answering 
Stupid User Questions, but it's nice when it benefits US too.
