[Novalug] Ubuntu hang up problem solved maybe

I am still running hardy

after having the memory checked (not only with memtest86 but also by 
askingthe guys at cyberguys to check it on some physical memory checker, 
replacing a harddrive (which was dodgy and 5 years old anyway), adding a 
1/2 gb of memory - and still having the problems - it appears it may be a 
software problem after all. I have not a a bit of trouble since i deleted 
beagle from the system.
