I had a customer in Lovettsville - remote North Loudoun Co. with
ISDN that was very expensive to install and didn't work worth a shit til

suppressor.
and Voila, great, 128 k.
I'm at Wolf Trap and use COX cable. Does anybody in the group use that
PC Magazine cable speed /Qos software ?? I forgot its name. That would
give us a level basis for a comparison........... should run under
Wine.
