[Novalug] OT: Resume for a Systems Test Lead

I need to construct a resume for one of our guys that has been doing
integration and system testing for years.  Unfortunately his resume is not up
to snuff, and I've been tasked with getting it up to speed for a proposal we
are working on.

What I am looking for help on is keywords and terms that someone looking to
hire a systems test lead, like:

- communications protocols
- Systems test Procedures
- Test Processes
- troubleshooting
- secure network protocols
- etc

would look to see.
