slashdot just ran a story on breathalyzer source code openess.  a
floridian defendent recently demanded to be view the source code
of the intoxilyzer 5000.  the judge agreed that the right to a fair
trial outweighs the trade secret claims by the manufacturer.

could open voting machine be far behind?
