I remember that strike.  At that time, there wasn't DSL in or near
Greenbelt except for experimental/test cases.  I was one of those
test homes.  DSL was flakey, up/down, annoying, yada.  EXCEPT for
the week or so of the strike.  THEN it was rock steady - no ex-
ageration.
