[Novalug] [OT] Debugging Winderz problem

This is part of QBs copy protection program.....
I very regretfully updated a version of QB online many years ago,
Sold the machine w/ QB ,
Loaded the QB from the CD to the new machine and got "Data File More 
recent than Program"
"Upgrade of Software required"
In the meantime they came out with a major update, cut the incremental 
update to the old version,,,,
and I was trapped for $250.....
