Use tcpdump/tshark/wireshark to see which ports are being attempted, then
add rules.

Hi all,
I've been trying to learn a bit about Linux firewalls. I enabled ufw in
Ubuntu 9.04.
I'm using gufw. So far the only problem I'm finding is printing to my
network printer.
I've got ufw set up to deny everything, with 2 Rules to allow ..., but
I'm sure I need to add another rule to allow for printing, but I'm not
finding it. Thoughts?
It's a laser printer, plugged into a network drive (which I can
mount/access), plugged into a wireless router.
Before, I'd print to it wirelessly from my laptop. Now, to print, I
have to disable the firewall.
