What I was trying to say was nothing about his constitutional rights. It's about the fact of talking about showing up at Capitol Hill with guns.
In this world, you sometimes have to deal with people from other origins, citizenship, countries or however you want to call it. These kind of statements show a very narrow mind that as a potential employer that would make me think how easy this person would fit in any kind of team (I wouldn't imagine him dealing with foreigners).
You can track his statements about H1b visas (he doesn't know what he's talking about, really - and I know, because I've been dealing with the process of getting one of those visas).
Sorry, but in these times of crisis this immigration talk is the easy one: blame the foreigners. In Europe we are starting to hear similar stuff. Nobody was thinking the same way when immigration was contributing to the economical growth in the last years in countries like mine. It's a complex issue and cannot be dealt with easy statements. Abuses, laws that are not working have to be faced, no doubt about it, but it's easy to jump from the nationalist talk to more xenophobic waters.
