[Novalug] bugzilla displaying bugs

the "long" output is not formatted bug per page.  the short output
is useless and is horribly formatted.  so, i have a desire to turn
the xml output of XML into useful bug per page output.

does anyone know of a useful command to do this?  google didn't know
or i don't know the proper search terms, but either way i couldn't
find it after searching for a while.
