So, lets go with a conservative figure of 30 people per meeting.

30 * 6 = 180

3 / 180 = 1.67%

So, you have a very small chance someone will even ask you for this, and that
only takes into account the last six months.

Just out of curiosity, have any of the requestors been someone whom does not
wish to be taped? (that would be calling the kettle black...)
