[Novalug] Testing a webcam

I get the same green screen in skype, vlc ... and in camorama (Thanks
Mackenzie!).
I played with zypper and noticed in /var/log/messages "no devices found"
- interesting because the camera is turned on (at least the green LED
comes on).

I may plug it into Ubuntu to see what it says .... fedora is a next one
- in a VirtualBox setting though... that raises different potential
issues.
I did change permissions on /dev/video0 to 666 (was 660) since it is
owned by root.video.

Remember, all Windows machines are, by definition, fault tolerant.
They run Windows don't they!!
