If you have a phenom, you might want to look into using KVM instead. If
your bios mentions support for virtualization (most AM2+ boards have
added it), then I think you will be much more impressed with the
performance of KVM vs. Virtualbox. The only thing I have not been able
to get to work satisfactorily is the SCSI emulation (all IDE right now).
