[Novalug] Arg! Audio CD issue with openSuSe 11

I came across acripper which worked fine.  But that still does not
address wanting to play audio CD's.  I want to think it is a permissions
issue but I can watch DVDs from the same drive ...  Varol suggested
testing as root.  I will do that a little later...
